Eligibility Criteria for SSC Group C Recruitment 2024
The Applicants applying for the application must meet the eligibility criteria in age limit and education qualification to be eligible.
Age Limit
The Age limit required is minimum 18 years and maximum 28 years. Candidates who come under this age limit candidates apply. Age relaxation is applicable for different categories as per the rules of government.
Education Qualification
- Lower Divisional Clerk/ Junior Secretariat Assistant – Candidate must be 12th pass in Science stream with Mathematics as a subject from a recognized Board or University.
- Data Entry Operator – Candidates must have passed 12th Standard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University.
Salary
The salary provided will be different as per post-wise. Check details given below.
- Lower Division Clerk (LDC)/ Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA) the monthly salary provided will be of Level-2 (Rs. 19,900-63,200).
- For Data Entry Operator (DEO) the monthly salary pay Level-4 is (Rs. 25,500-81,100) and Level-5(Rs. 29,200-92,300).
Application Fees
The category belonging to Gen/ OBC have to pay a fees of Rs. 100/- and category belonging to SC/ ST/ Ews/ PWd are exempted from the fees, they do not have to pay.
Selection Process for SSC Group C Recruitment 2024
The selection process will be conducted by the SSC department in which candidates have to go through the Computer Based examination Tire-I and Tire-II. After clearing the exam they will receive an email/ call for interview process. Candidates will be shortlisted on merit list based on their performance in interview.
