Bhagya Laxmi Yojana 2024: The Bhagya Laxmi Yojana government scheme will give 2 lakhs to the family of girls. This yojana will benefit 2 girls from each family from the government of India, to support in their education and marriage.
The state government of India is running many scheme for girls, this yojana also comes under this scheme which has been carried out to help and give a support in their education and future marriage expenses.
What is the benefit of Bhagya Laxmi Yojana 2024?
Under this scheme of bhagya Laxmi Yojana, the government gives Rs.50,000/- on the birth of a girl and Rs.5100/- to the mother. This bandh gives a maturity amount of Rs 2 lakh on the 21st birthday of the girl.
Besides this, child will receive Rs.23000/- in installments for education. In this, on taking admission in sixth class, it is ₹ 3000, on taking admission in eighth class, it is ₹ 5000 and on taking admission in tenth class, ₹ 7000 is given to the girl child. Financial assistance is given under this scheme. To get the benefits of the bhagya laxmi yojana, the girl must be a citizen of Uttar Pradesh.
Important Documents required for Bhagya Laxmi Yojana 2024
To get benefit of this scheme the child must hold these documents like Aadhar Card of Mother and Father, Ration Card, Income certificate, Caste certificate, Birth certificate of girl child, Original Residential Certificate, Bank Passbook, Passport size photo. These documents are necessary for applying to this scheme.
The benefit from this scheme will be eligible to those families of girs child who’s annual income is less than 2 lakhs or the girl child is born in BPL family. It is necessary for her to be registered on Anganwadi Centre within one year of her birth. The amount under this scheme will directly go to the beneficiary and the amount will be received in their bank account. This yojana will be approved on maximum two girls from the same family.

Step 1- To apply for this yojana, the application form is to be filled in offline mode.
Step 2- To download the application form, visit www.mahilakalyan.up.nic.in.
Step 3- Now, fill the required details in the form and attach documents.
Step 4- The application form and documents have to submit in the nearest Anganwadi Centre or Women Welfare Department.
